Head to Centennial Park on July 4th for the Star Spangled Salute. This event brings together the community for a day of patriotic celebration. Enjoy the lively parade, live music, engaging games, and delicious food stalls. The fun-filled day culminates with a grand fireworks display, accompanied by patriotic melodies. This event promises to be a joyous celebration of our nation’s heritage.
The event kicks off in the morning with the Children’s Parade. Day-of Registration begins at 9:30 AM, followed by the highly anticipated 60th Annual Children’s Sidewalk Parade at 10:00 AM.
As the day progresses, the evening festivities begin with the Beer Garden opening from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a delightful spot for adults to unwind. The Fun Zone comes alive from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, providing games and activities for everyone to enjoy. At 7:00 PM, the captivating concert begins, showcasing talented local bands and creating a lively atmosphere.
Finally, get ready for the grand finale at 10:00 PM with a spectacular fireworks show, illuminating the West Texas night sky in a dazzling display of colors and patterns. Please note that the fireworks show time is estimated and subject to change.
From morning to night, the 2023 Star Spangled Salute offers a full day of entertainment and celebration, ensuring a memorable Independence Day experience for all attendees.

On the evening of July 4th, don’t miss the Farmers Market & Concert on the Lawn in Stanton, hosted by the Martin County Convent. From 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, local vendors will showcase their finest products at the vibrant Farmers Market. As the sun sets, enjoy the captivating Lawn Concert starting at 8:00 PM. Indulge in delicious food from The Chatty Mule and The Spud Truck while you enjoy the music under the stars.
