Cork & Pig Tavern’s menu in Midland TX has been crafted for all palates. From our wood fired pizzas and artisan salads to our steaks and chops and seafood, there is something for everyone.
The Cork & Pig Tavern originally opened in San Angelo in 2010 and was started by a quartet of talented friends who shared both a mutual love for creating delicious food and drinks – namely a passion for wine.
The team combined their creative talents to open the first Cork & Pig location by combining the Chefs’ cooking skills and Virginia’s knowledge of wine. It didn’t take long before they each saw the potential within their business and so they partnered with Ed Buenaventura, who had also helped found the previous restaurants, to bring Cork & Pig Tavern communities near him as well.
