Pachuco's is a downtown restaurant on North Big Spring Street that calls its food Texas BBQ Korean soul. It started as a food truck before moving into its brick-and-mortar space.
People come for smoked brisket, ribs and pulled pork next to Korean and Mexican fusion plates like Korean fries, pork belly bao, sticky ribs and Korean tacos. The dining room has murals and an eclectic playlist.
