Hoop and Barrel is a tapas and cocktail bar at 3211 W. Wadley Avenue, Suite 21. It is owned by Ryan and Ashton Hooper, who started a mobile bartending company in 2020 before opening their own bars, including Hops and Bubbles.
People come for tapas, cocktails and nights out. The bar programs live music and DJ nights, keeps large screens up for games and runs a recurring Cocktails and Karaoke night on Fridays.
