Paper & Vine Book Bar is a bookstore and wine bar in Ally Village Square on Spring Park Drive. Two sisters and their mother own it, and it grew out of Main Squeeze, the romance bookshop that started at the downtown Micro Market.

People come to browse romance, thrillers, fantasy and more with a glass of wine, a beer or a dirty soda. The calendar stays full with book clubs, author signings and wine pairing nights.

Our tip

Check the events page before you go. Book clubs meet most weeks in the evening, and some nights, like wine pairings, are ticketed and 21 and up.
