Tammie Locklar's Dance Studio has taught dance in Odessa for more than 30 years from its studio at 5001 Wayland Dr. Tammie Locklar began teaching at the same studio she now owns.
Dancers from age 2 and a half through adults take tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop and tumbling, plus workshops and intensives. Many instructors are former students, and alumni have gone on to college dance teams.
Registration happens in August, with returning students first and new students after. The yearly calendar on the website lists breaks, dress-up weeks and recital dates.
