About Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center

Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center (Wagner Noël PAC) is a performing arts venue located between the cities of Midland, TX and Odessa, TX.  Wagner Noël PAC is owned by The University of Texas at the Permian Basin and is managed by ASM Global. It houses an 1827-seat main concert hall and 200-seat in the Rea-Greathouse Recital Hall, and the Music Department of University of Texas Permian Basin. 

Since opening its doors in 2011 the Wagner Noël PAC has hosted a yearly average of 150 performances including some of the biggest names in entertainment.  Past performers include Rod Stewart, Jimmy Buffett, Santana, Tony Bennett, Jerry Seinfeld, The Beach Boys, Diana Ross, Olivia Newton-John, Heart, and Gabrielle Iglesias. It is also the host venue for the West Texas Symphony season and is the exclusive venue for the Broadway in the Basin Series.
