One of the most frustrating experience of all time. My wife set up her appointment with Alyssa to get her hair done a couple of days before our vacation for my wife’s birthday. Instead of showing up or even letting my wife know she wasn’t going to make it Alyssa had her wait there for an hour not once checking in to tell her what was up and ignored all messages from my wife. The disrespect is incredible and we won’t have time to find another stylist before we leave. I’d give the salon a zero star rating but I can’t. Be wary before booking an appointment there’s no telling if you will actually be seen or not and just left wondering.
