Casa de Barro is a Mexican restaurant on West University Boulevard in west Odessa, open since fall 2025. It serves breakfast and lunch every day from 7 AM to 3 PM.
Breakfast is the draw, led by a pancake of the month that changes with the season (past flavors include tres leches, banana turtle pecan and Dubai chocolate), plus an all-American breakfast plate. At lunch the menu turns to molcajetes, fajitas, carne asada and bacon-wrapped shrimp, with chips and salsa, choriqueso and crunchy pork belly to start.
Go for breakfast and ask about the pancake of the month. They close at 3 PM every day.
