Fix West Texas is an organization that runs a community vet clinic on West County Road 77, two blocks behind Mid-Cities Church off Highway 191. It started as Fix Midland in 2019 and held its first clinic in 2020.

Pet owners come for low-cost spay, neuter, vaccines and microchips, and there is financial help for people who can't cover the full cost. It also runs adoptions from a center inside PetSmart on West Loop 250 North.
