Permian Star Construction is a family-run Midland contractor, formerly known as Eugene Heflin Construction. The Heflin family has been building and remodeling in Texas since 2002.

Homeowners come to them for kitchen and bathroom remodels, living area updates and additions, including taking out walls for an open layout. They also do tile, pools and commercial painting, plumbing and flooring.
