Many moons ago, a young Deborah Pierce sat in the passenger seat while her father in law, a renowned architect who made numerous contributions to the rich tapestry of residential and commercial real estate in Midland, Texas, drove up and down the streets of nearly every neighborhood in town looking for a home to buy. She grew fascinated and passionate about real estate and developed a genuine love for the various styles of architecture throughout the city. Deborah was encouraged to pursue her real estate license and has enjoyed a long career as one of Midland’s most respected agents. Many agents get into real estate for the thrill of the transaction. Not Deborah. Deborah’s natural inclination to seek out the magic of a home and explore its past, present and future is so endearing that it has inspired at least one agent to follow in her footsteps. (ahem…)
She has three children and five grandchildren, all of which could, honestly, be supermodels. It would be intimidating to be in the presence of such attractive people if it weren’t for the fact that every single member of Deborah’s family, including Deborah herself, is a certified goof-ball. Deborah has been a family friend of the author of this bio for close to a millennia, so naturally, there are countless stories that could be shared; however, Deborah has a very real history of pranking her children and friends with fake spiders and, having an embarrassing level of arachnophobia, I am simply not willing to risk it.
