Georgie's Place is a downtown restaurant at 300 North Marienfeld Street, inspired by classic Parisian brasseries. Chef Chip Hight leads the kitchen, and the restaurant serves lunch, happy hour and dinner.
At lunch the menu runs to steak sandwiches, handhelds, salads and fresh catch. Dinner brings Steak Frites, Braised Short Rib, Chicken Chasseur, cavatelli and oysters on the half shell, with craft cocktails and a curated wine list.
Happy hour runs 4 to 6 PM and dinner starts at 5, so an after-work drink can roll into dinner. Book through Resy, and ask about the full venue for holiday parties or corporate dinners.
