Opal’s Table
Loading photos...
Opal's Table is a downtown restaurant on West Wall Street owned and run by Chef Chip Hight, who named it for his grandmother, Opal. The menu covers prime steaks, fresh seafood, Southern cooking and craft cocktails.
Diners order dishes like Hight's Pimento Cheese, an 18 oz ribeye, roasted salmon and beignets. Downstairs, The Basement at Opal's Table pours cocktails and spirits with a small plates menu, and the restaurant hosts private events for up to 400 guests.

Lunch is weekdays only and Saturday is dinner only, so plan around that. For a drink before dinner, the weekday happy hour runs 4:30 to 6 PM.
