Saint Blaise is a modern American brasserie on West Wall Street downtown, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with brunch on the weekend. It grew out of Lee and Emilio's favorite dishes, cocktails and experiences.
People come for American comfort food, oysters sourced from the East Coast, martinis and cocktails, and a happy hour the restaurant puts at the center of its menu. It works for a casual lunch downtown or a celebration dinner.
It opens at 8 AM on weekdays, so it can cover a downtown breakfast meeting as well as lunch. Sunday service ends at 3 PM, so plan Sunday visits around brunch.
